The terms and conditions of products sales are limited to those contained herein. These terms and conditions apply to all your purchases from 1800server.com. They contain very important information about your legal rights and obligations, including legal limitations and exclusions, pricing, shipping, and general description of products, that apply to you. Any additional or different terms in any form delivered by you is hereby deemed to be material alterations and notice of objection to them and rejection of them is hereby given. By accepting delivery of the products described in 1800server.com's invoice or other 1800server.com's documentation, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions of product sales unless customer and 1800server.com have signed a separate agreement, in which case the separate agreement will govern. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order or accept delivery of any goods from 1800server.com
 

Customer Acknowledgment:

These terms constitute a binding contract between Customer and 1800SERVER.COM Customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these terms by making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on our website. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms posted on the site at the time the customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. 

E-mail Communications:

When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with 1800SERVER.COM electronically. You consent to receive communications from us in this way. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications require in writing. 

Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Pricing is susceptible to change and we can change it anytime. Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due when products ship, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement. 

Product Description:

1800SERVER.COM and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, it does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free but we are doing our best to provide correct information about every product. The actual products may vary from the products images. 

Products Condition Specification:

All products from 1800SERVER.COM come with a 30 days warranty from the date of shipment. We will not accept any returns after 30 days. Both to and from shipping and 25% restocking fees will apply on all returns. Please check product condition and manufacturers before placing the order. 

New Retail Factory Sealed products are brand-new, sealed and come in original manufacturer's box and with manufacturer's warranty.

New Sealed products may have the original box and may or may not come with manufacturer's warranty 

New Sealed Spare products are in genuine manufacturer's box but don't have any manufacturer's warranty. 

New Bulk Pack products come with clamshell box or Static Bags and do not have any manufacturer warranty. When manufacturers disassemble new units to use parts, typically these products don't come with software or instructions unless indicated.

New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products are new but sometimes manufacturers disassemble a new whole unit to use parts. Typically these parts don't come with software or instructions unless indicated and don't have manufacturer's warranty.

New Open Box products have never been used, the only difference between the New and New Open Box is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to a canceled order, inspection or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse but still has warranty depending on products category. However, the inside contents are complete and Brand-New. 

New Pull products have been used for more than 1 year, may have some signs of usage but perform like new. 

Clean Pull or Tested Drives products have been used for more than 1 year and tested after pull from other system. They work without any problem. 

Refurbished: (Re-certified) products are typically refurbished by an Original Manufacturer or an affiliate of the manufacturer or 3rd party facility. These products may have minor blemishes due to normal product usage and don't necessarily come with documentation and software unless indicated, but have been well tested and generally have never had any defects. 

Return Policy: 

RMA: If an item comes defective during shipment, test or warranty period please contact us and we will gladly exchange it. No returns will be accepted without a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Non-defective return items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. No credit or return authorization will be issued after 30 days of the product being received. 

Sales Tax:

  

1800SERVER.COM has the right to collect sales tax only from New York state customers, which is according to New York state law. Customers outside New York State are not required to pay sales tax. Customers who have a Tax Exempt Certificate are sales tax-free and are advised to send us the exempt certificate to process their order accordingly. 

Payment Methods: 

We accept Payments through Master Card, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, PayPal and Wire Transfer. Payment terms should be arranged in advance unless otherwise specified in an agreement between buyer and 1800SERVER.COM. All unpaid invoices shall bear interest at 2.5% of the outstanding balance per month, commencing on the payment due date.

Credit card companies and shippers: 

When you place an order we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. 

Shipping carriers: FedEx, UPS and USPS

Occasionally, situations beyond our control may cause delays in shipping. In these cases, we will attempt to contact customers through all available means to inform about the delay. If any order is missing, delayed or damaged during the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers are also requested to check the order status frequently. In-stock items will ship within 24 hours, as long as you complete your order by 2 PM, Monday through Friday, EST. Most of the products are in our stock and we will ship it from our warehouse. 

Free ground shipping for all orders shipped within the continental United States. 

For orders placed after 2 PM EST or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, available item(s) will ship on the next business day. Shipping times, in accordance with UPS, USPS and FedEx policy, are estimated in business days, and subsequently do not include weekends. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Any order placed with a shipping PO Box will be canceled and a confirmation email or phone call about the cancellation will be sent. 

Customers are advised for purchase protection, quick credit card approval and shipment to ensure that the shipping address is the same as the billing address on file with the credit card company. If we are unable to verify an address it may cause delay in processing the order and consequent shipment. In that case we will contact customers for further verification and correction. 

1800SERVER.COM adds shipping and handling charges on all orders according to the weight of the package(s). 

Free Ground Shipping is offered for all orders shipped within the continental United States of America and is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and outside of the USA. 

If any order arrives in an obviously damaged condition, please refuse the delivery. The carrier is responsible for the damage. However, if you accept the delivery and open the shipping box and then discover that the item was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier for inspection, then contact our Customer Service Department to file a claim on your behalf. We also ship via customer's own FedEx or UPS accounts. We try our best to inform customers about the order status. 

International Shipments: 

If an order is to ship outside of the U.S. we will contact you, via email with the updated shipping charges for your order. If you would like to know these charges before placing your order, please contact us in advance. All costs such as shipping, customs duty etc. will be paid by customers. Minimum order requirement for an international customer is $1,000. 

Handling Methods:


At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. We have several warehouses located throughout the U.S. to ensure a faster delivery. Shipping and handling charges include costs for customer service, processing and shipping, and returns and exchanges. We will charge handling fees based on product quantity and weight when customers use their own shipping account.

Tracking Information:


We understand the need for our customers to know where their product is and when it will be delivered. A real time tracking information will be sent via email on products shipped directly from our warehouses and tracking for any shipments that shipped directly from our affiliated vendors will be sent within 24 hours. If a customer asks to track information via email or over the phone, tracking information will be given right away if available but if the tracking is not updated then customer has to allow 3-4 hours time to update tracking. 

Order Cancellation:

Customers who cancel an order before it is shipped will not be charged any fee.
Customers who cancel order while the order is already being shipped will be charged shipping and restocking fee of 25%.
